What Happens on the First Contact

The first conversation is usually short and simple. Expect questions like these:

• What are you seeing, such as slow drains, odors, or wet spots in the yard?
• When was the tank last pumped, if you have one?
• How old is the home and the system?
• Where are the tank, cleanout, or sewer line, if you know?

Do not worry if you do not know every answer. First-timers rarely do. The provider can fill in gaps during a visit.

• Can I get a written quote before work starts?

• Do you handle disposal and any permits?
• Are you licensed and insured for this work in my state?

A quote is not a contract. You can say yes, no, or not yet. You can ask for a second opinion. Nothing about contacting Partsnever Septic locks you in.

Be cautious if anyone pushes you to sign on the spot or will not put the price in writing. Quote before work is a fair thing to expect.
