How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Partsnever Septic to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Partsnever Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Partsnever Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@partsnever.rest and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
